Topic: Numerous studies show that multitasking has a negative effect on productivity and execution effectiveness.  Yet, most organizations continue to create environments that perpetuate the need for team members to juggle multiple tasks.  Many organizations, pursuing a strategic competitive edge, are discovering methods to unleash process efficiency, speed, quality, and hidden capacity by reducing multitasking and helping their teams to FOCUS.  Doing so allows them to have dramatic improvements on team morale, retention, productivity, and the bottom-line.

This presentation will demonstrate the significant improvements that can be uncovered by reducing multitasking and working in a focused way.  These improvements can deliver value in all work environments and also in our personal lives.  This session will help attendees to capitalize on methods to become less stressed, more productive, and to deliver greater value to their organizations, customers, and key stakeholders.
