What is calibration? Do I care about understanding Measurement Uncertainty? What does measurement traceability mean?
IndyASQ will be hosting a plant tour at Eli Lilly’s Calibration Laboratory.
There will be a brief introductory presentation. The tour will show guests the different laboratories including mass, temperature, pressure, spectrophotometry, and electrical areas. There will be a calibration demonstration of a 1,000 lb weight, an exhibit of weights used, and interactive experiments where YOU will be make measurements in a laboratory setting (using unqualified teaching equipment).
