Indy ASQ August 10, 2021 Online Speaker Meeting

Workshop Description: DEI: A Continuous Improvement Approach

The Indianapolis Section of ASQ recognizes that our society is experiencing significant social and economic changes. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are undeniable factors woven throughout the fabric of these changes. While traditional diversity training has existed for more than 30 years, there is a growing trend toward applying a continuous improvement (CI) approach to DEI efforts. During our August webinar, we are excited to have three leaders briefly share three CI approaches that may move your organization’s DEI efforts from steps to strides. Deondra Wardelle, L. Angel Henry, and Joy E. Mason understand the corporate landscape based on their individual experiences and leadership roles, and they are eager to share their approaches and recommended next steps for your organization.
