The initial results of the Section 903 Voice of the Customer survey conducted in summer 2011 are now available.

Betty Tomeo, Librarian at Indianapolis Marion County Public Library, sent us a nice note thanking us for our donations this year. We donated a couple dozen books. We try to do this every year, so that people can find publications on Quality via the local library.

For this first meeting we have not activated the online payments.   When RSVPing, click the 'Register' link.  Once filled in please click 'Proceed to Make Payment'.  On the 'Pay Event Registration' screen click 'Make offline Payment' to confirm your reservation.   We will be taking payment at the door of the event as is our usual procedure. 

We have a very special event planned for our first Dinner Meeting of the new year.

Mike Micklewright will be presenting "Out of Another @#$% Crisis" - a candid look at the progress we've made toward embedding Dr. Deming's 14 Points in our businesses.

Mr. Micklewright's message is one of respect and involvement of all employees, constant focus on the elimination of waste, getting to the root causes of all issues, true leadership attributes, and continuous improvement.
