Topic: Why do MSA Studies?
Many can relate to the stress associated with an upcoming MSA study. Will the results be acceptable? What if something is wrong with my measurement system(s)? Am I even doing this right?

Far too common is the practice of going through the motions just to meet a checkbox or get a customer off our back. Yet, taking a step back and considering why we do these studies can help bring added value to the exercise. These studies are tools to help you discover critical information regarding your measurement systems. This presentation is designed to review the basic study goals and their impact on any quality organization. Open discussion and participation welcome!
