November 2015 IndyASQ Dinner Meeting – “Root Cause Analysis – Tools for the Trainer”

Meeting Date: November 10, 2015
Training Root Cause Analysis to Quality Professionals who “speak the language” is much easier than training those who run when the word “quality” is uttered. However, companies are made up of more individuals who either don’t speak “quality” or are only occasional practitioners.
It is up to the Quality Professional to teach problem solving application of basic quality principles to others within the organization.
The purpose of the session is to assist Quality Professionals in the development of training tools and materials for problem solving and root cause analysis that can be easily adapted to their differing needs. This will be accomplished by presenting some non-traditional case studies to illustrate the power and impact of proper Root Cause Analysis in solving fundamental issues. Register Now
